Thanks for the message. I thought that I would reply as I work within the sales/service industry myself and appreciate how important feedback is. I Just wanted to let you know that we have had lots of experience in the past of both purchasing and looking for new cars (we went to several other dealers to test drive vehicles before finding yourselves online) and the service we received from Ian was both refreshingly professional and very helpful and friendly. Ian offered to stay late on one occassion in order for me to come in and sign the necessary paperwork which I found very helpful. We did not feel at all pressured into the sale and at the same time Ian was able to answer any questions we had and also helped by being a bit flexible with regard to adding a few extras that for us sealed the deal. I would not hesitate to recomend both Ian and Telford motors to friends and family and am pleased with my purchase thus far. I will no doubt be in touch when the car is due for its service or if I require any other Peugeot vehicles in the future.

Hi Francesca

As someone who works as a manager in retail and with the public every day, I know only too well that customers are very quick to criticise and seldom compliment good service.   My car was booked in for its MOT at Telford motors today. I dropped it off and expected a wait as I had no means to get back home. Jayne, however, told me there was no need to wait as she would arrange a lift home for me. This was great, but I had no way of getting back to collect. She assured me it was not a problem, I would be picked up again when my car was ready. And sure enough a lovely young lad, who, apologies, I have forgotten his name, gave myself and my daughter a lift back. Just after lunch, Jayne rang me to tell me the same person would come to collect me as my car was ready for collection. Within 10 minutes he arrived and took me back. As we parked up next to my car I noticed it was a little cleaner than before, and the same lad told me he had given it a Hoover and cleaned it for me too.    I am so impressed, Chris Bennett, who carried out the MOT was brilliant too, he showed me where to book the car in when I first arrived, so please please pass on my heartfelt gratitude to everyone.    I will definitely return, and more importantly recommend Telford motors to family and friends. Infact, my daughter will be booking her car in, in the next few weeks.    please ensure your team are praised, as again, I know, only too well that feedback does not always get passed on....unless it's bad!    Thank you again

I came in for a tyre change last week, there were 4 people waiting and the service department were experiencing some upheaval due to the work going on, how ever, 15 minutes later my car was ready.  I would just like to say how much I appreciate the kind way that Sam Read handled the selling of my little Peugeot. He was very informative, absolutely honest and professional. He certainly did not give me the "Hard Sell" which went a long way towards my buying the vehicle there and then.   I was very nervous when I took it for a test drive and Sam was very encouraging and persuaded me to give it a go.   I love my little blue car and find it very easy to drive and park. Re: Anti Polution Fault

Having visited Telford Motors Service Department with the above fault all my worries were erased by Alexander Asprey explaining al the options and arranging a loan car while repairs were carried out.  This was way above expectations. Car repaired within hours of drop off.   Telford Motors has to make a profit like all dealers but customer satisfaction seems to come first.

I would like to compliment Ian Johnson as a sales person. I informed him of what car i was interested in and what my budget was. He informed me straight away upon discussion with his manager, the car i wanted was out of my budget range. I explained i would go away and think about it. Upon this there was no heavy sales pitches, no pushing to view a different car and please excuse this expression but there was no 'bull sh*t' talk. I have had bad experiences with car sales person's but I would recommend Ian to anyone as a sales person.   The whole transition from start to finish was smooth and a pleasure. My overall impression of all the staff at Telford Motors was pleasant, polite and not pushy.

In December 2011 I decided to trade in my car for the new peugeot 508, I had the pleasure of dealing with your salesman, Ian Johnson. Ian demonstrated the product knowledge and efficiancy I have come to expect of Telford Motors. Within a few days he had me back on the road aagin with everything "signed, sealed and delivered". I would like to express my thanks to him that at no time did he attempt to bring the slightest pressure on me to take delivery of a car that might not have been quite what I was looking for. Indeed, over the years that I have had occasion to call in for advice, ALL your sales executives have been willing to sort out any problems that I may have had.   Speaking as a retired R.A.F aircraft engineer I am happy to relate that the work carried out on my previous car by your technicians has always been of the highest standard and I am confident that this will continue in the future.   I would particularly like to mention Debbie Lees who, in her polite and pleasant manner, in her various roles has always ensured that the services were carried out on time and are convinient o me whenever possible, and that I know precisely what has to be and has been done to the car whilst in the workshop.   In summary , it has been a pleasure to deal with your friendly, helpful staff since I chanced upon Telford Motors some years ago. I've sent back one of the Ipsos questionnaires yesterday after we took delivery of our car.  I just wanted to say thank you to Richard Stanley who made visiting Telford Motors a very pleasurable experience.    My husband and I visited all the local dealers in the vicinity the same day we came to your showroom.  There were marked differences in the reception we encountered at the various places. From the moment we stepped into Telford Motors we were spoken to, given helpful information and shown vehicles suitable for my needs once they were described to your sales executive, Richard Stanley.   We were treated with indifference from one showroom, ignored at another and left for a very long time at another whilst they found someone to speak to us.  We were then shown inappropriate vehicles at a couple of places. Telford Motors restored my faith in customer service.   Our whole experience from the moment we stepped into the showroom to collecting the car yesterday has been excellent.  We have been kept informed throughout and nothing has been too much trouble. May I also say it's lovely to walk into somewhere where people smile.   I will fill in the satisfaction survey and make sure I include the above points.

I also wish to say, that you are very lucky to have a employee as wonderful as Richard (Stanley). I called over 8 different car dealerships, to discuss getting  car, and NON of them were as helpful, polite, curtious, professional and thorough as Richard. ( Some of them - Ford, didn't even have the decency to call me back)  

Because of his helpful and polite attitude we decided that we didn't trust any other car sales person, as they couldn't give us proper answers-honesty is what you need when making such a huge decision , ( we originally wanted a MPV but you didn't have a Bipper for 16weeks in auto) even though Citreon, had one in Shrewsbury and could get it fast, we just didn't feel comfortable using any other  dealer.

I would strongly recommend your dealership to any friends and family wanting a new car, as his manor and service has been top through out the whole process of getting a new car.

I am very pleased with the service he's provided, and I will be contacting Peugeot Head Office to congratulate them on having such a wonderful salesperson within their company- as I think they deserve to know about the level of service you are giving to customers such as myself.
