Just had my wing mirror replaced on my Peugeot and I'm amazed at the customer service . This garage goes up and beyond what is required, the service is absolutely fantastic and the members of staff are very friendly and professional. Having owned my new Peugeot 3008 for a month now, I am pleased to report that I am very impressed with the car so far, as are the friends, neighbours and colleagues who have sat in it.

I would like you to pass on my sincere thanks to Dean Dawson who looked after me all the way through my purchase - from the test drive all the way through to collecting my new car.

In my view, the approach to customer service from a dealership is evidenced by the quality of the service not just when things go right, but when things go not quite to plan. With that in mind, I would like to say thank you to Dean for the prompt and efficent service he provided when dealing with a minor paint problem which I had on the car.

It starts with the 2 ladies on reception who are superb as the face of Peugeot Telford and I hope they enjoyed their chocolates ;-)   The service offered in getting me back home and then fetching me later was spot on. It’s nice to feel that you can chat to the drivers as I did which adds to the experience.   All I can comment on the Service staff are that they did what was said at reception. Completed my service in a timely manner which is all I can expect.   I have used Peugeot Telford for a number of years now, through several cars and from Dean Dawson to everyone I’ve dealt with this week, you’ve never let me down and I regularly talk about the service I receive.
