Having owned my new Peugeot 3008 for a month now, I am pleased to
report that I am very impressed with the car so far, as are the friends,
neighbours and colleagues who have sat in it.
I would like you to pass on my sincere thanks to Dean Dawson who
looked after me all the way through my purchase - from the test drive all the
way through to collecting my new car.
In my view, the approach to customer service from a dealership is evidenced by
the quality of the service not just when things go right, but when things go
not quite to plan. With that in mind, I would like to say thank you to Dean for
the prompt and efficent service he provided when dealing with a minor paint
problem which I had on the car.
Having owned Fords for 25 years, I look forward to owning a new
Peugeot now, and hopefully again in the future.
