As a Sales Manager myself I usually find customers are quick to complain about perceived bad service but rarely take the time to compliment the good.


This our second purchase with Telford Motors and in particular with Ed Siverns. I feel it appropriate to highlight and commend the service we have received, Ed has been professional, courteous, attentive and patient throughout. To walk unannounced onto a forecourt after 2 years and be greeted by name (and my wife) was a particular nice touch. Salespeople are the frontline and ambassadors for both the brand and the company, Ed has most definately suceeded in providing an excellent customer experience on behalf of Telford Motors. 


Considering we live in Shrewsbury and have a dealer on our doorstep speaks volumes. If Budgen had provided half the level of service Ed had we would probably purchased from there.


Hopefully we will be back for car number 3 in a couple more years.

I have never had a car on a PCP? Plan before and Stuart Tate was very patient and took the time to explain and tailor the agreement to my needs.

It starts with the 2 ladies on reception who are superb as the face of Peugeot Telford and I hope they enjoyed their chocolates ;-)   The service offered in getting me back home and then fetching me later was spot on. It’s nice to feel that you can chat to the drivers as I did which adds to the experience.   All I can comment on the Service staff are that they did what was said at reception. Completed my service in a timely manner which is all I can expect.   I have used Peugeot Telford for a number of years now, through several cars and from Dean Dawson to everyone I’ve dealt with this week, you’ve never let me down and I regularly talk about the service I receive.
