All good 10 out of 10 as usual. Look forward to the review. Although the manufacturer provides a good product, I buy from Telford Motors and it's team. This is my 6th car from Telford Motors although my first was a Ford so not sure that counts. I have encouraged my children to buy another 8 cars from yourselves. The only one I can't convince is my wife who loves her VW Beatle.

As a Sales Manager myself I usually find customers are quick to complain about perceived bad service but rarely take the time to compliment the good.

 

This our second purchase with Telford Motors and in particular with Ed Siverns. I feel it appropriate to highlight and commend the service we have received, Ed has been professional, courteous, attentive and patient throughout. To walk unannounced onto a forecourt after 2 years and be greeted by name (and my wife) was a particular nice touch. Salespeople are the frontline and ambassadors for both the brand and the company, Ed has most definately suceeded in providing an excellent customer experience on behalf of Telford Motors. 

 

Considering we live in Shrewsbury and have a dealer on our doorstep speaks volumes. If Budgen had provided half the level of service Ed had we would probably purchased from there.

 

Hopefully we will be back for car number 3 in a couple more years.

I have never had a car on a PCP? Plan before and Stuart Tate was very patient and took the time to explain and tailor the agreement to my needs.

I have regular updates and reminders and phone calls asking if all is well….I feel like I have bought a Rolls Royce.
