Re: Anti Polution Fault
Having visited Telford Motors Service Department with the above fault all my worries were erased by Alexander Asprey explaining al the options and arranging a loan car while repairs were carried out. This was way above expectations. Car repaired within hours of drop off.
Telford Motors has to make a profit like all dealers but customer satisfaction seems to come first.

Hi Jayne I am only too pleased to give you feedback after our recent MOT at your centre. I found the service you provide in courtesy and professionalism very good. When I purchased a car from you I have to be honest I was a little sceptical with the offer of free MOT'S for the life of the car. However this is the second MOT we have had at your dealership and both times I have been impressed. Thank you for bringing back my faith that not all companies are driven entirely on profit. To whom it may concern,
I would like to compliment Ian Johnson as a sales person. I informed him of what car i was interested in and what my budget was. He informed me straight away upon discussion with his manager, the car i wanted was out of my budget range. I explained i would go away and think about it. Upon this there was no heavy sales pitches, no pushing to view a different car and please excuse this expression but there was no 'bull sh*t' talk. I have had bad experiences with car sales person's but I would recommend Ian to anyone as a sales person.
The whole transition from start to finish was smooth and a pleasure. My overall impression of all the staff at Telford Motors was pleasant, polite and not pushy.
I should say that Richard is an excpetional salesman and a credit to your dealership. he kept me informed at all time and could not do any more for us. Knowing that the support is still there even after the purchase also brings peace of mind. Please pass on my thanks and if all Peugeot garages are of your quality I can foresee a long motoring relationship.

In December 2011 I decided to trade in my car for the new peugeot 508, I had the pleasure of dealing with your salesman, Ian Johnson. Ian demonstrated the product knowledge and efficiancy I have come to expect of Telford Motors. Within a few days he had me back on the road aagin with everything "signed, sealed and delivered". I would like to express my thanks to him that at no time did he attempt to bring the slightest pressure on me to take delivery of a car that might not have been quite what I was looking for. Indeed, over the years that I have had occasion to call in for advice, ALL your sales executives have been willing to sort out any problems that I may have had.
Speaking as a retired R.A.F aircraft engineer I am happy to relate that the work carried out on my previous car by your technicians has always been of the highest standard and I am confident that this will continue in the future.
I would particularly like to mention Debbie Lees who, in her polite and pleasant manner, in her various roles has always ensured that the services were carried out on time and are convinient o me whenever possible, and that I know precisely what has to be and has been done to the car whilst in the workshop.
In summary , it has been a pleasure to deal with your friendly, helpful staff since I chanced upon Telford Motors some years ago. I trust that your business will continue to thrive in these austere times and that our association will long continue

It makes such a difference to be treated as a valued and welcome customer - I had been looking at another manufacturers car, however when I rang the main dealer in Telford the total 'indifference' of the sales person I spoke to completely put me off both using them and that make - their loss not mine!!

I have just bought my second vehicle from the Telford Dealership and had to bring my car in just to have a few little tweeks done on Monday of this week
I was driven to my place of employment after dropping off my car by a lovely young man (think it was Nathan- not sure?) and collected again to pick up my car (by the way i love it)
The service assistant Debbie was so kind, ,helpful and very professional in her manner and nothing was to much trouble. Can i just say that this is so nice to see that you provide such an excellent after sales service to your customers and feel that it deserves recognition. I can only speak highly of the service that was provided.

I've sent back one of the Ipsos questionnaires yesterday after we took delivery of our car. I just wanted to say thank you to Richard Stanley who made visiting Telford Motors a very pleasurable experience.
My husband and I visited all the local dealers in the vicinity the same day we came to your showroom. There were marked differences in the reception we encountered at the various places. From the moment we stepped into Telford Motors we were spoken to, given helpful information and shown vehicles suitable for my needs once they were described to your sales executive, Richard Stanley.
We were treated with indifference from one showroom, ignored at another and left for a very long time at another whilst they found someone to speak to us. We were then shown inappropriate vehicles at a couple of places. Telford Motors restored my faith in customer service.
Our whole experience from the moment we stepped into the showroom to collecting the car yesterday has been excellent. We have been kept informed throughout and nothing has been too much trouble. May I also say it's lovely to walk into somewhere where people smile.
I will fill in the satisfaction survey and make sure I include the above points.
I was pleased with the way the sale was handled and Dave was professional, helpful and courteous throughout. It was nice to avoid any high pressure sales or silly negotiation ploys - I believe a fair price was agreed and hopefully the car will prove it's worth.
If the after sales service (if required) proves as good I would happily consider purchasing a car from you again in the future.
I would like to say that I have had excellent customer service from Richard.
I had 2 test drives in a 207 (the one I brought) which was different to my 206 I was used to.
I struggled at first but with guidance from Richard I am now OK with it.
I am a very happy customer.

Just wanted to say, I absolutly LOVE my gorgeous new sexy car! It drives like a dream and I feel like I've won the lottery driving around in it. LOL
Just writing a quick letter to yourselves with regards to the above salesman. Richard was a great help when I ordered my new mobility car. He was the most pleasant, nicest salesman I have ever met. He wasn't pushy and praised me on my choice of vehicle. I felt so relaxed and comfortable in his presence, it felt like I had known him a long time.
Even when the obstacles occurred with the building of my car (disasters in Japan, etc), Richard kept me informed regularly and was already apologising for the delay, even though it wasn't his or anyone else's fault.
As a whole I found the whole of he staff there at your branch pleasant and friendly but Richard does stand out the most (as he phoned to make sure I got home safe with the new car, a few hours after I had picked it up).
Once again thanks again as he is still looking after me now.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the support my wife and myself received from Dean, he answered all our questions and made us feel very confident in your cars and the after care service.

I also wish to say, that you are very lucky to have a employee as wonderful as Richard (Stanley). I called over 8 different car dealerships, to discuss getting car, and NON of them were as helpful, polite, curtious, professional and thorough as Richard. ( Some of them - Ford, didn't even have the decency to call me back)
Because of his helpful and polite attitude we decided that we didn't trust any other car sales person, as they couldn't give us proper answers-honesty is what you need when making such a huge decision , ( we originally wanted a MPV but you didn't have a Bipper for 16weeks in auto) even though Citreon, had one in Shrewsbury and could get it fast, we just didn't feel comfortable using any other dealer.
I would strongly recommend your dealership to any friends and family wanting a new car, as his manor and service has been top through out the whole process of getting a new car.
I am very pleased with the service he's provided, and I will be contacting Peugeot Head Office to congratulate them on having such a wonderful salesperson within their company- as I think they deserve to know about the level of service you are giving to customers such as myself.
My husband and I were not only impressed by the Peugeot car but also by the way Richard Stanley took the time and trouble to explain everything to us. It was an interesting day as we visited lots of dealers in the Wellington/Telford area. The reception we got at Telford Motors was far superior to any of the other places. As my wife needed a bit more space getting into and out of a car we went for a 307, Once again a very impressive car. In 2008 we changed again to a 207.
