I am a service customer of Peugeot in Telford (Telford Motors), and currently own a 208 GTi - F******. I wanted you both to be made aware of how much of a credit your team here really are, and how professional/impressive everything I have experienced here over 5/6 visits has been. Nothing has been too much, the teams attitude is outstanding, and everything has been completed quickly and to an incredibly high standard every time.
Last year I actually worked in sales for Peugeot at a different dealer, and the service department at Telford are leaps and bounds better than there or anywhere else I have experienced, including Mercedes and Land Rover where our other cars are looked after. It makes a change to receive customer service as good as I have had every time, and I really think it deserves some recognition (especially Pete & Amy, and I was helped by their colleague before she left too) as they have all made the process stress free and have been enormously accommodating, not only this but they have been polite and friendly which stands out! Being remembered and welcomed in does make the customer experience so much better.
In a world of negativity and complaints you have an incredible team here and it is purely down to them that I have returned for my warranty work and will start using them for servicing too. It is also due to my aftercare and experience here that I am replacing my Mercedes with either a new 508 or DS7 later this year - it just goes to show that even though I have had quite a few issues with my 208, it is the professional way it has been handled that has put those concerns out of my mind.
